Terms of Service

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

BOOKING POLICY

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of booking.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of Jon J Photography LLC.

PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted forms of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Apple Pay

  • Cash App

  • PayPal

  • Money Order

  • Certified Check

  • Invoice Payment

No refunds will be provided on completed images. All sales are final.

LATE POLICY

Please plan to arrive on time and fully prepared for your session.

  • 0-15 minutes late: Grace period, no penalty

  • More than 15 minutes late: Session time may be shortened to accommodate the next booking

  • More than 30 minutes late: A $50 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. If the schedule does not allow for an extension, your session may be canceled without a refund.

To avoid any issues, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 3 days in advance.

Rescheduling:

  • A $75 rescheduling fee applies to all rescheduled sessions

  • Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date

  • Clients may reschedule only once per session

Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • If you cancel within 3 days of your session or fail to show up, all payments made are forfeited and non-refundable

  • Jon J Photography LLC is not obligated to rebook the session or issue a refund for missed appointments

IMAGE DELIVERY

After your session you will receive a private proof gallery to make your final image selections. Professionally edited final images will be delivered within 7-10 business days of your selections being submitted.

Rush editing (48-72 hours) is available for $150 and must be paid in full before editing begins.

Please book accordingly to ensure your images are delivered before any deadlines.

PROPS & STUDIO POLICIES

  • Confetti and glitter in the studio must be discussed and approved in advance

  • For outdoor and on-location sessions, confetti and glitter are welcome but you are responsible for cleanup

  • Clients are responsible for bringing their own props (balloons, cakes, decorations, etc.)

  • Chairs and stools are available in the studio

STUDIO & LOCATION

Jon J Photography LLC is located at 810 Dutch Square Blvd, Suite 110, Columbia, SC 29229.

On-location sessions are available within the Columbia metro area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Columbia area and will be disclosed prior to booking.
