Terms of service.

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!

BOOKING POLICY:

At the time of booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date and time. This deposit is paid by using this website when booking your appointment. The Deposit Amount is Half of the Total Balance of your Session. The Remaining amount is due on or before the day of the shoot. You also have the option to pay for the shoot in full when booking.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Credit, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, or Invoice.

There are no refunds on completed images.

LATE POLICY:

Please respect my time and yours and arrive promptly if not on time, 10 minutes early for your session. If you are late to your session, there is a possibility your session will be canceled or that your time may be cut short. If scheduling does allow us to proceed with the session, penalties do apply as follows:

15 Minutes Grace Period

30 Minutes Late- $50 fee added to remaining balance

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client: If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Provider to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client or failure of one or more essential parties to the Client's to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Provider as soon as possible via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement. Provider has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes 

impossible for Provider to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Provider will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for the session, or should it become impossible for Provider to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing. For instance, if Provider is able to secure another, unrelated client for a session, then Provider may choose, at its sole discretion, to excuse all (or a portion of) Client's outstanding balance of the Total Cost.

Delivery of Services

The provider will provide all Services within the timeline outlined by your service unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. As a reference, the proofing gallery is provided the same day After the shoot. After final edit selections are made, delivery of the edited media is provided within 5-12 business days. 

TO EXPEDITE YOUR EDITED IMAGES (4 DAYS MAX) ADDITIONAL $150

Please plan and book accordingly.

Makeup Artists/Hairstylists are welcomed on set during your shoot for touch-ups only!

Props:

Please note that the Photographer does not provide ANY Props( Balloons, Cakes and etc) those items are to be purchased by the client to be used in the shoot! CONFETTI AND GLITTER ARE NOT ALLOWED. We LOVE a celebration, however cleaning up confetti and/or glitter is not much of a party. We do not allow confetti or glitter in studio but don’t fret. We are able to add it in during the editing phase so you still achieve the celebratory aesthetic you are after. 

If your shoot is on location or outdoors, feel free to bring along the glitter and confetti but be mindful that you will be responsible for the cleanup after the shoot.

 The photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props, or accessories prior to, or during a session. Failure to properly prepare will solely serve the photographer no responsibility.

Stools and props chairs are provided for you in the studio!

NEW COVID-19 PRECAUTION POLICIES

Jon J Photography LLC. COVID-19 Photoshoot Precaution Policies effective immediately.

-Up to 2 Guests are allowed to accompany you on Set. All other Non-essential guests are not allowed on the set of your scheduled photo session In-Studio

-All people visiting the studio must sanitize their hands upon arrival at the studio. Hand sanitizer is provided inside the studio.

⁃ Please do not come to your scheduled photo session if you feel sick. Even if you only have a common cold. Please alert the photographer if you have any environment-related allergies that may cause you to cough or sneeze.

⁃ You may reschedule your scheduled photo session prior to the date without any penalty if you have ANY kind of illness.

⁃ The photographer has the right to cancel and end any photo session early if client appears to exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms.

- The Photographer will keep a distance of 7 feet or more from all clients and guests. Clients will be able to review their session images once sent their online photo gallery via email within 1 hr of the end of the photo session.

Client and or guest(s) will not be able to view images via the photographer's camera during the photo session to prevent the possible passing of germs and to adhere to the 7-foot social distancing guidelines.
